How this app works is that you can set a time on the app that you plan to get up (or that you normally wake up). The app will then take you through a short yoga practice or an exercise for meditation or mindfulness. It isn’t an intense workout, and it is quick, but can be a great way to set you up for the day. Yoga is good for your mind and your body, as it can calm you, help you to control your breathing, as well as improving your strength and muscle recovery.

If you want an app that will give you workouts to follow that are high intensity and help you to burn fat, then the Daily Burner Workouts app could be the one for you. The good thing about the app is that you can set how long you want the workout to be. The shortest is ten minutes, and the longest is an hour, so there is no excuse for not fitting in a little something each day. There are things for everyone too, from some weight training, yoga, and HIIT workouts, it is a really handy one to have on your phone.

The unusually named app was created in New York, and it is an audio app for workouts. There are more than 2500 classes to choose from each day, but the unique thing about them is that they are audio classes. So if you think you would get self-conscious about a Skype call exercise class or a video personal training session, then you can just take part with audio. So you can hear the class and the instruction so that you can do it yourself, but you can choose the classes at your leisure and when they fit with you, as well as not being seen. So if you are on a long journey with your health and fitness, then it can make a big difference. You can get new content regularly as well, from strength training to circuits and even indoor cycling if you have a bike that you can use (or can access at a gym).

If you are looking for something that can overhaul your life completely, then the Keep It Cleaner app could be the app for you. The reason being is that it has a meal planner, plenty of recipes that you can use a try, as well as a twelve week program that you can follow. It has playlists to help you to stay motivated as you exercise, as well as a running and activity level tracker, and timers for things like interval training. So it is pretty much a one-stop shop for the fitness that you want to achieve, and can be adapted to all levels of fitness.

The workouts on this one are mostly twenty minutes long, with warm ups and cool downs, and the training sessions consists of things like boxing, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and strength training.
