A cheat day off

This means you can eat what you want without following the usual chicken, rice, and broccoli rule, and you don’t have to go and workout either. This is required for three reasons. One, your body needs to rest so that it can recharge its batteries. Two, you need to remind your body of what fat is, so that it can work hard to get rid of it without becoming comfortable and used to the healthy life. And three, it stops you from losing your mind and going insane.
