The Gentlemen’s Curb
The Gentlemen’s Curb a lifestyle blog where fashion meets fitness in a BIG way. We are back to share some information with you. It’s The Gentlemen’s Curb a lifestyle blog where fashion meets fitness in a BIG way. When you first get into fitness, it can become a rather overwhelming moment in your life, because you realize all the time, effort, hard work, and dedication that goes into it. If you’re really serious about sculpting your body, then going to the gym a couple days a week isn’t going to cut it. It’s a whole new lifestyle that you will need to adapt to, and that means cutting things out of your routine that you may enjoy in order to get to where you want to be and meet all of your targets that you set for yourself.
Get The Gains Without Giving Up
It’s about being strict, and focused, and that all comes from the kind of mindset that you have. For some, it comes naturally, but for others, they will need to learn it and reprogram their brain so that it is able to adapt and work the way it needs to.
If you aren’t too sure about where to start – here are some simple ideas to get you thinking.
Engage your alter ego
Let’s face it, we all have an alter ego, whether we’re willing to admit it or not. But studies show that they’re a good thing to have, as we can fall back on them when we feel as though we’re not capable of pushing anymore. Your alter ego should be powerful, and strong, and all the other things that you wish to be. I Am Superhero helps you to take that all to the next level by providing you with the best compression clothing to work out in while showing off your true self.
Take weekly photos
This is so good to do because you can compare your progress from the previous week. A lot of the time, it’s hard to actually see whether you’re improving or not because you look at yourself all the time. But by capturing yourself, frozen in time, you will be able to see the difference when you look at the first ever photo you took, compared to now. It’s also a great ego booster too. Just make sure you always take the photos in the same position at the same time of day so that you are getting realistic shots.
A cheat day off
No matter what anyone says – you absolutely need a cheat day. This means you can eat what you want without following the usual chicken, rice, and broccoli rule, and you don’t have to go and workout either. This is required for three reasons. One, your body needs to rest so that it can recharge its batteries. Two, you need to remind your body of what fat is, so that it can work hard to get rid of it without becoming comfortable and used to the healthy life. And three, it stops you from losing your mind and going insane.
And there you have it. As simple as these things may be, you don’t often think about them because you’re so wrapped up in the regime. But they’re important, so indulge in them and apply them to your new way of thinking.
