It’s The Gentlemen’s Curb a lifestyle blog where fashion meets fitness in a BIG way. This blog is primarily for men of size, because I am a man of size. I am 6’1 weighing at 324 pounds and I using my platform to speak to men like me. Those men that shared experiences similar to myself. (Yes, big and tall, plus male, brawn.) We are back with part two of our sex series! (You can see the last post here.) I am absolutely excited. The feedback that I have received is appreciated. What Could Help?
In the last post we spoke about the right mindset while approaching the bedroom. Sometimes we have the tendency to make an ordeal bigger than it has to be. All of the factors, some of us suffer from self doubt at times.
To have real confidence is weird because it’s something that you can’t fake. A lot of people try to project confidence, but it comes across as being cocky. I have been there, trust me. But, it goes a bit deeper. When it comes to sex, how you feel about yourself plays in your performance. Now, if you’re a larger person and your weight is heavy on the brain, then your overall performance won’t be the strongest. You will limit yourself and won’t focus on the moment.
Boost Your Confidence
There are tons of things that can affect our confidence. Boost your confidence by learning something new. There is a lot of information available. YouTube is an amazing source of information. Read. Listen. Converse. Exchange Ideas. The more confident you are in yourself the more confident you will be in the bedroom.”
You may ask what are the best foods to eat? Trust me there are a variety of foods that can help you. Remember that sex has a lot to do with your circulatory system. Where do you think erections come from? Make sure that you eat a lot of foods with omegas. Foods such as eggs, spinach, broccoli, salmon and cod liver oil. Get familiar with these items.
Again, blood flow! A few years back I had an internet radio show on a few stations. On one internet radio station in particular I interviewed a porn actor. The actor was very accomplished as well. The man had an extensive catalog! During the interview, the actor stated that he didn’t smoke, drink or do drugs. I asked how did he get prepared for the scenes. I was informed that it was chocolate. Yes! Chocolate increases your blood flow and will help you for times to come. Ha! (You see what I did there?)
Make sure that your water intake is above normal. Water helps almost everything in our body since we are made primarily of water.
