Sometimes we work so hard that all we want to do is have a chilled Saturday night at home, have some drinks at your place, watch TV and relax before you go to sleep. But, sometimes Saturday nights alone can be boring, here are a few ways to get your Saturday nights started the right way.

 

Celebrate Yourself

There’s nothing more interesting than having a party at home by yourself. In fact, you know all the people that are attending, and you like them all! So get a few beers, put some good music on, and put your feet up! 

Get Laughing

At times funds may be too low for a comedy club, so why don’t you put on some Comedy Central, or your favorite comedian’s DVD and have a comedy club from the comfort of your home! If that DVD doesn’t do it for you, you can have a good look online for some fantastic sports related pranks, there also some top foosball memes, and even something like Impractical Jokers is funny enough to take your mind off the woes of the week.

 

Cook!

Sometimes there’s nothing more relaxing than buying a few of your favorite ingredients, putting the radio on, opening a bottle of wine and cooking your favorite meal. Some people find the cooking is too much of a stressful task, but if you get it right, and the food is tasty, it’s worth the effort, and if it’s a dish you know very well, you can go at your own pace and most importantly it’s cost effective.

Tough Times

Throughout the seasons, we have loved Rick’s the tenacity of Rick’s group. We also mourned the “deaths” of some of our favorite character from the show. We grew and loved how The group overcame adversity and always persevered no matter the consequence or who stood in the way. The group made it through the zombie ambush of Hershel’s farm, quarrels with the Governor and the cannibals at Terminus.

The future of the show is now in question. It seems as if the show would end very soon. The mid-season finale revealed that Carl, the beloved son of the character Rick would “die,” in an encounter, Carl was bitten by a zombie. This action changes the dynamic of the show considerably. How does this change the dynamic of the show? Will Rick and company become more aggressive with the war with Negan? Does this make the group desperate? The action of Carl being bitten definitely changes TWD world.

We all enter different stages of development during our lives. The turmoil of one year can lead to the next, and prevent us from truly expressing our goals. There is always an occurrence that sets you back if you let it. Many people tell me to “push forward” when I am going through a rough spell. But, the truth is that it’s hard to be consistent. I was dealt a very devastating blow and it set me back. I questioned, “how will I move forward?” But, with prayers and positive energy, I will learn to move forward! So, I apologize for my brief hiatus. But, I will not abandon my brothers in arms, men of size and the women in the plus-size community. I appreciate all of those that expressed their sincere condolences towards me and my family.

Better Days With Bad Rhino!

I have been doing so much these past days to stay busy. And clothing from Bad Rhino has helped me when I am out on the town representing for all men of size. At 6’1 and 312 pounds, I am sure that I am definitely hard to miss! So, I have to make sure that I am seen. I loved the burgundy bomber jacket from Bad Rhino. I matched the shirt with a plaid shirt and some  Bad Rhino denim. (Bad Rhino has some awesome denim, its like I can’t get enough of them. But, that’s another post.) The colors went together so well. I felt like an unstoppable Rhino.
